The Role:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring timely processing of all activities.

• Manage inward and outward movement of goods with accuracy and speed.

• Monitor and maintain inventory records, stock levels, and periodic reconciliation.

• Handle worker management, including task allocation, shift planning, and performance tracking.

• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards at the fulfilment center.

• Maintain operational reports using Excel and update daily trackers and logs.

• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for efficient supply chain flow.

Qualifications we look for :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or fulfilment center operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry, stock updates, and basic reporting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities
