Network Operations Center

Dear Candidate,
We are hiring a NOC Engineer to monitor and support network infrastructure for high availability and performance. Ideal for professionals with strong troubleshooting and network analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network systems for outages and performance issues
- Troubleshoot Layer 13 network problems and escalate as needed
- Document incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain network dashboards and alerting systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with network monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
- Understanding of routing, switching, and TCP/IP
- Familiarity with SNMP, syslog, and DNS
- Bonus: Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent)
