Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Recruiter to join our team. As a Domestic Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various domestic positions across different industries. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and a passion for matching top talent with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates for various domestic positions through job portals, social media, and other sourcing methods.
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and up to date.
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Follow up with candidates to gather feedback and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful fulfillment of hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
