Job Description
An ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with a clear growth trajectory from Developer to Project Manager, now poised to take on strategic Account Management responsibilities.
- Be the trusted partner for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and sustained engagement
- Lead project financials, resource allocation, and delivery excellence
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure seamless program execution in line with client expectations
- Lead and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams
- Support vendor engagement and contract negotiations
- Track progress and performance using MSP and related tools
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence
Requirements
- 12 to 18 years Experience
- End-to-end project/program management expertise
- Customer relationship and stakeholder management
- Project cost, profitability, and effort/schedule variance tracking
- Team utilization planning and cross-functional leadership
- Vendor and procurement oversight
- Proficiency with MSP tools (PMP certification preferred)
- Strong mentoring, leadership, and independent decision-making abilities
