Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily manufacturing processes of Uria, lubricants, and coolant products.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met.
  • Allocate tasks to line workers and technicians as per shift plans.
  • Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with stores for replenishment.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures at every stage of production.
  • Work closely with the QA/QC team to identify and resolve defects or deviations.
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records for audit purposes.
  • Supervise and train production workers, technicians, and helpers.
  • Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
  • Address employee issues, absenteeism, and coordinate shift schedules.
  • Monitor plant equipment and coordinate with maintenance for repairs or preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure safe working conditions and immediate response to safety incidents or hazards.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings as required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Report downtimes, deviations, and incidents to the Plant Manager.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and QA/QC teams for smooth operations

Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
  • 3–7 years of supervisory experience in a chemical, lubricant, or manufacturing plant.
  • Knowledge of production equipment used in Uria, coolant, and lubricant processing.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiar with safety standards (e.g., HSE, OSHA) and quality systems (e.g., ISO).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
