The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, installing and managing our databases. You will ensure optimal database performance by analyzing database issues and monitoring database performance.

Education

Bachelors or higher in Computer Science

Relevant certifications

Experience

6+ years in large organizations

Banking background

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent knowledge in Redis database administration

Excellent knowledge in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Redis Enterprise

Good knowledge in Redis Enterprise deployment on OpenShift

Good Knowledge in Redis Active-Active Database, Auto tiering/FlexDB

Develop and optimize RAG ingestion pipelines for AI/ML applications.

Design, implement, and manage Redis Enterprise and RedisVL solutions for vector database use cases.

Good knowledge in Redis modules Redis Search and Vector Index management

Monitor and troubleshoot Redis database performance and scalability issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Redis solutions into broader system architectures.

Excellent knowledge in Security features like Auditing, TLS, etc.,

Good knowledge of Agile working practices

Good knowledge of modern automation technologies (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform and ArgoCD)

Good knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python)

Good knowledge of other databases
