Role Overview

As part of the Solutioning team, you will work closely with new customers to
understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and drive successful implementations

. This role goes beyond product adoption—you will create measurable business impact and become the reason customers move from pilot to long-term partnership. It's a customer-facing role that demands ownership, problem-solving, and a strong grasp of both AI and financial services. Agility and proactiveness are key to thriving here.

Key Responsibilities

As a senior implementation and solutioning manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Engage with enterprise customers

during pre-sales and pilot phases to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions.
- Translate customer use cases

into clear implementation plans, call flows, and customer journeys.
- Drive end-to-end delivery

of solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally

with product, engineering, and operations teams to manage integrations, conduct UATs, and take accounts live.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships

, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Lead project planning and governance

, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience

in solutioning, implementation, account management, pre-sales consulting or Founder's office roles.
- Background in
SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or financial services/fintech

preferred.
- Strong track record of
owning customer implementations

from pilot to go-live with measurable business impact.
- Hands-on experience with
system integrations

(telephony, CRMs, APIs, or similar).
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills

; able to influence both CXOs and operational stakeholders.
- Strong
problem-solving and analytical mindset

, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Highly
agile and proactive

, comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Natural collaborator with the ability to work
cross-functionally

across product, engineering, and business teams.
