Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site activities and ensure the project is progressing as per schedule.
  • Implement and monitor construction plans and blueprints.
  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
  • Conduct or oversee surveying to mark reference points, levels, and elevations.
  • Maintain site records such as daily progress reports (DPR), labor reports, and material records.
  • Prepare and submit site reports to project managers or senior engineers.
  • Resolve site-related issues, discrepancies in drawings, or unexpected technical problems.
  • Communicate site progress and concerns effectively

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
  • Time and resource management
  • Quickly address site issues such as design conflicts, material delays, or execution errors.
  • AutoCAD

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 2-5 years of site experience (Government projects most welcome)
  • Willing to relocate and adaptable to site changes as per project or company requirements.
