We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to develop compelling visuals across multiple platforms. This role requires both strategic thinking and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually engaging and innovative designs for digital and print media including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, packaging, and branding assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, offering feedback and direction to ensure high-quality work.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity across all design touchpoints.
  • Translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand, visually appealing graphics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Prepare final artwork for production and liaise with vendors when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and other design software.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, layout, color theory, and UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including web, social media, and email design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in [Real Estate Industry].
  • Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
