Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Delhi for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for customer service, sales, handling inquiries, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks include assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, managing inventory, and ensuring the store remains clean and presentable. The Salesperson will also work closely with the catering team to coordinate and secure bulk orders and corporate gifting solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in North Delhi
