Job Title: Medical Officer Claims Processing

Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Department: Central Claims Operations Control Room

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 3,00,000 3,60,000 per annum

About the Role

Were hiring Medical Officers (Claims Processing) for our Control Room team at IBC, Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end medical claim processing with focus on accuracy, coordination, and timely resolution. Youll work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth claim operations and compliance with TAT standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process medical claims accurately within defined timelines.
  • Review and validate claim documents and medical details.
  • Coordinate with Branch Offices, LCM, MOS, Investigation, Receiving & Tabulation teams.
  • Maintain clear communication and escalate issues as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

Qualifications

  • Education: BSC Nursing/BDS / BAMS / BHMS
  • Experience: 02 years (Freshers can apply)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and claim processes.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

  • Shift 2: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Main Shift)
  • Shift 3: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (When Required)

    (Rotational weekly offs: 2–4 Saturdays & Sundays depending on shift)

Work Mode: Work from Office – IBC Knowledge Park, Bangalore

Salary Range: 3.0 LPA – 3.6 LPA
