We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in Customer Care and Billing (CCB) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 14 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Implement and configure CCB solutions using Oracle utilities.
  • Provide functional consulting services for CCB implementation, including end-to-end project support.
  • Develop and maintain business scripts, service scripts, and BPA scripts.
  • Utilize configuration tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of CCB functionality, including customer care and billing processes.
  • Experience with Oracle utilities and CCB implementation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Notice period: 0-60 days.
  • Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
