With a strong team of 40 professionals and plans to expand to 80 within the next two years, we are dedicated to setting new standards in software development and quality assurance.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Intern who is passionate about software testing and quality assurance. This internship offers hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing and serves as a potential pathway to a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile and web applications.
  • Conduct manual testing to identify bugs and usability issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand system requirements and documentation.
  • Validate user expectations through thorough testing procedures.
  • Log, report, and track bugs using JIRA or similar bug-tracking tools.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after updates.
  • Assist in automation testing using relevant tools and frameworks.
  • Prepare test scenarios, QA summary reports, and test data documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of manual testing concepts and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of test planning and execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with manual and automation testing tools and scripting.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
