Job Location : Hybrid (3 Days work from office,2 days work from Home)

3 Rounds -Virtual Interview

Final Round - Face to Face ( Hyderabad - Madhapur)

Skill: Consultant M&A (Finance & Commercial Due Diligence)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial due diligence — assess target company performance, profitability, and risk factors.
  • Perform commercial due diligence — analyse market trends, customer mix, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and review valuation models, business cases, and synergy assessments.
  • Support deal structuring, financial modelling, and scenario analysis for investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic, financial, and operational priorities.
  • Prepare presentation-ready reports and insights for client and leadership discussions.
  • Contribute to proposal development and knowledge assets for the M&A practice.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in M&A, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Due Diligence.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, modelling, and business valuation techniques.
  • Exposure to Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Industrial, or Technology sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record in consulting or Big4 environments (Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Strategy teams).
  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree from a Tier-1 business school; CFA/CA qualification is an added advantage.
