About Us

CyberMeto Technologies is a UAE-based cybersecurity resource and talent management firm, while Trainify Trainings specializes in professional training across cybersecurity and IT domains. We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Professional who can build and manage our digital presence, enhance online reputation, and drive organic lead generation through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for
    CyberMeto
    and
    Trainify
    .
  • Create engaging content (posts, creatives, reels, short videos, infographics, case studies) aligned with brand goals.
  • Establish and grow presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Execute
    organic lead generation campaigns
    through SEO-driven content, community engagement, and social initiatives.
  • Manage
    Online Reputation Management (ORM)
    , including monitoring mentions, reviews, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales & Training) to promote programs, events, and new initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools for digital marketing.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of proven experience in
    digital marketing/social media marketing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn & Facebook campaign optimization (organic, not paid focus).
  • Experience in SEO, keyword research, and content marketing.
  • Creative skills for designing posts/videos (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C lead generation preferred.
