To ensure effective and timely delivery of services to customer pan India (mobility, Internal and HOMES customer)
Ensure delivering of service with standard MOP / SOP - error free provisioning
Ensure all process compliances w.r.t NOC service delivery .
Testing of new services with ITU-T norms before handing over to customers

Deliverables
B2C 90% SLA as per Media readiness for rollout ,BSC/Site re-homing ,Infra prov and upgrade
Work allocation & per day target closure"
First time right provisioning. Fault due to new configuration errors ( FONI)
