Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for promotion of the entire range of products to institutional sales segment in the assigned area
2. Expending coverage by aggressive sales promotion within institutional sales policies framework
3. To understand business development by introducing new customers
4. Introduction of new products to institutional customers
5. To keep check on credit and control outstanding and payments as per company policy
6. Collection and compilation of relevant Business & competitor information from market
7. Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority
8. Customer retention
9. Relationship building & coordination with customers
10. Coordination for customer grievance handling
11. Experience in FMCG/ Food Industry
12. Knowledge of local market
13. Experience in handling Institutional clients
14. Knowledge of local language of assigned area
15. Knowledge of MS Office
16. Must have min 4 Yrs experience in FMCG Sales/ Food Industry
17. Good in communication skills
18. MS Office knowledge
19. Graduation is must
20. Age should be between 26 yrs- 35 yrs
