Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Testing and Performance Testing using Apache JMeter.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and conducting performance tests to ensure system reliability, scalability, and stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using tools like Selenium (Java/Python) or similar frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain performance testing scripts using Apache JMeter.
  • Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to resolve defects, performance issues, and system errors.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for functional and non-functional testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Analyze test results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Enhance automation frameworks for better efficiency and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Testing (Automation + Performance).
  • Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or equivalent tools.
  • Proficiency in Apache JMeter for performance testing and analysis.
  • Sound understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of API Testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket.
  • Familiarity with database testing using SQL queries.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

  • Experience with cloud performance testing (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as Grafana, New Relic, or Dynatrace.
  • Exposure to the healthcare domain
