Key Responsibilities:

  1. SharePoint Administration and Development:

  2. Design, develop, and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and workflows.

  3. Implement best practices for SharePoint governance, security, and data management.

  4. Customize SharePoint solutions to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with other MS products.

  5. End-User Productivity Software:

  6. Support and enhance the use of end-user productivity tools, including Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams).

  7. Drive adoption and provide training for new features and updates to maximize productivity and collaboration.

  8. Troubleshoot issues related to productivity software and provide technical support to end-users.

  9. PowerApps Development:

  10. Design, develop, and deploy custom PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes.

  11. Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft tools, such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.

  12. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business needs.

  13. Copilot Implementation and Optimization:

  14. Lead the implementation of Microsoft Copilot to enhance decision-making and process automation.

  15. Customize Copilot to align with organizational workflows and optimize its use for predictive insights.

  16. Provide training and guidance on leveraging Copilot's AI capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency.

  17. Project Management and Collaboration:

  18. Manage projects related to the implementation and optimization of MS products, ensuring timely delivery.

  19. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  20. Lead change management efforts to drive the adoption of new technologies and processes.

  21. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

  22. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft products, providing high-level technical support.

  23. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS products, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  24. Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Office 365, PowerApps, and Copilot.

  • Proven experience in developing and customizing SharePoint sites, PowerApps, and other Microsoft tools.

  • Strong knowledge of end-user productivity software, with the ability to train and support users.

  • Experience with AI-powered tools like Copilot, with a focus on implementation and optimization.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
