We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our real estate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, promoting residential and commercial properties, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects
  • Coordinate property launches, site events, open houses, and virtual tours
  • Create marketing content, including brochures, social media posts, property listings, and email newsletters
  • Manage and update company website and property portals (e.g., Zillow, , MagicBricks)
  • Work with graphic designers and agencies to produce promotional materials
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with lead generation goals
  • Build relationships with external vendors, media contacts, and real estate platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred)

  • Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics

  • Familiarity with real estate regulations and documentation processes
