Job Summary

The Branch Coordinator will play a key role in managing the day-to-day academic and administrative functions of the school branch. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth coordination between teachers, students, and parents, and to uphold the school's standards and ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily academic and administrative operations of the branch.
  • Support the Principal and Management in executing school policies and programs.
  • Supervise teachers and ensure timely completion of lesson plans, reports, and academic records.
  • Conduct regular meetings with faculty and staff to ensure effective communication and planning.
  • Monitor student performance, attendance, and discipline with respective class teachers.
  • Facilitate coordination between parents and teachers for student progress and wellbeing.
  • Assist in organizing school events, functions, and extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain and update reports related to academics, admissions, and administrative activities.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of the curriculum as per CBSE norms.
  • Coordinate with other branches and departments for sharing best practices and achieving institutional goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Master's Degree / B.Ed. or equivalent in Education or Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in academic coordination or school administration (preferably in CBSE schools).
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
