Who We Need:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Executive with 2–4 years of relevant experience in using Tally Prime Silver to oversee the accounting operations of our company. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of core accounting principles and prior exposure to service-based organizations is preferred.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage daily accounting activities and accurately record all financial transactions in Tally Prime Silver.
  • Handle petty cash, maintain vouchers & ensure proper documentation and approval of expenses.
  • Prepare & process invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable and reconcile.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment and filing of GST, TDS, ESI, and PF, maintaining full statutory compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement) as required by management.
  • Ensure regular tracking of payment schedules and due dates to facilitate prompt payments and maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor payments and client collections.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and departments for audits and statutory filings.
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems and digital records for all financial data.
  • Support the management team with financial analysis, MIS reports and data-driven insights.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce / accounting / finance or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime Silver and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
