We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Scanner / Mapping Executive to visit project sites, take precise measurements, and create accurate site reports that assist the design and production teams in delivering tailored doors and window solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the UPVC/Aluminium door and window industry and a good understanding of site measurement tools and digital mapping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer or project sites to scan and map measurements for window and door installations.
• Use digital measurement tools and laser scanners for accurate data collection.
• Create site mapping reports, basic drawings, and measurement logs.
• Coordinate with the design, sales, and installation teams to ensure feasibility of installations.
• Identify any on-site issues and suggest feasible technical solutions.
• Ensure all data collected is properly documented and uploaded to the company's system.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding site visits and measurements.
• Ensure all site scanning activities comply with company quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in using measurement tools (laser measurers, tape, scanner devices, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of floor plans, sections, elevations
• Understanding of UPVC/Aluminium windows and doors systems
• Familiarity with site documentation and digital formats
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple site visits daily

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture (preferred, not mandatory)
• Two Vehicles is mandatory
