Key Accountabilities

  • To identify new markets for ERW tube business through primary and secondary market research and with help of Agents / business partners.
  • To identify and track progress on prospects to start business and subsequently increase market share.
  • To ensure approvals with all the top levels clients and for the major upcoming jobs in order to have opportunity to bid for each and every project in the region.
  • To manage a detailed MIS in order to track information on upcoming tender/Bids/enquiry/pre-Qualification request.
  • To analyze the specific and accurate requirement of RFQ/Enquiry & ensure a detailed, comprehensive review of Enquiry on Technical, Commercial and Administrative requirements.
  • To prepare detailed Strategy Notes/Synopsis/Cost Sheet for Management review and approval.
  • To plan and prepare fully responsive responses in the form of Bids/Offers & provide time bound reply to Bid Clarifications/Bid Bulletin.
  • To maintain Bid Status updates, Competition tracking, Client Negotiations and Order Closure.
  • To execute contract in coordination with various departments for smooth execution of Orders.

Education:

BE/ B-tech (Mandatory)

MBA (Mandatory)

Experience:

Must have experience of working for EPCs and other business buyers of ERW Tubes & should have handled proposals & qualification process of tubes.

Should have experience of developing market for a company in ERW tube
