Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance marketing excellence for one of India's most innovative hydration brands.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and write engaging
    YouTube scripts and podcast content
    , ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement strategies.
  • Create high-performing
    creative assets
    (video intros, thumbnails, show notes, static visuals) tailored for YouTube and podcast platforms.
  • Use
    AI tools
    to support video editing, static creatives, and script ideation for faster, data-backed content production.
  • Optimize audience retention and reach through
    data-driven testing
    (A/B testing on titles, thumbnails, hooks, and CTAs).
  • Manage
    multi-channel campaign promotion
    of YouTube videos and podcasts (paid social, search, programmatic).
  • Analyze key
    content performance metrics
    (watch time, CTR, engagement rate, listener retention) and implement optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align YouTube and podcast storytelling with broader business objectives.
  • Stay current with
    platform trends, SEO for YouTube/Podcasts, and emerging content opportunities
    to maximize reach.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in
    content strategy and performance marketing
    , with exposure to YouTube and podcast ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in
    crafting engaging scripts and narratives
    that drive audience growth, retention, and conversions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
    content performance and marketing analytics tools
    (e.g., YouTube Studio, podcast analytics).
  • Creative mindset with deep understanding of
    storytelling, consumer psychology, and audience engagement
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    multi-channel promotion
    across Meta, Google, Amazon, and YouTube Ads to scale video/podcast reach.
  • Knowledge of
    Indian digital audience behavior
    and content consumption trends across YouTube and podcast platforms.
