About Us

We are a fast-growing nutraceutical brand committed to creating innovative, high-quality, and science-backed health solutions. We are looking for an NPD professional who can drive ideation, formulation, and execution of new product lines while ensuring safety, compliance, and regulatory standards are met at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of new product development from concept to launch.
  • Conduct market research & trend analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, suppliers, and marketing teams to finalize formulations and product claims.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with FSSAI, FDA, GMP, HACCP, and other relevant authorities.
  • Oversee safety protocols in formulation, testing, and packaging stages.
  • Prepare and review regulatory documentation, product dossiers, and label claims.
  • Manage product costing, packaging development, stability studies, and shelf-life testing.
  • Coordinate with design and branding teams for packaging, labelling, and communication strategy.
  • Track competitor launches and maintain a pipeline of innovative, compliant product ideas.
  • Provide technical and regulatory support to marketing and sales teams for product knowledge and claims substantiation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's in Food Technology, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceuticals.
  • 2–6 years of experience in NPD within nutraceuticals, functional foods, or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with FSSAI, FDA, GMP documentation, and product approvals.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for safe, effective, and compliant health solutions.
