About You And This Role
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who blends technical acumen and leadership qualities. You will champion the creation of cutting-edge user experiences for our web applications, guiding our product development with your expertise.

Key Objectives

• Lead frontend development efforts, defining coding standards, and promoting best practices within the team.
• Help customers integrate applications with the Liferay platform & product suite according to specific business needs.
• Work on client consultancy projects, providing technical solutions and demonstrating product knowledge, Ensure that technical solutions are being delivered with quality.
• Architect scalable and performant applications, factoring in complex interactions and user flows.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Evaluate and suggest the adoption of emerging frontend technologies.
• Optimize web applications for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and streamline development processes.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Exceptional proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in React architecture, including optimization strategies and advanced state management techniques.
• Experience with type-safe development in React using TypeScript.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) concepts.
• Understanding of Java and Spring Boot is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• A passion for crafting user-friendly interfaces and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Liferay and accessibility is a considerable asset.
• Understanding of Java and Spring Boot is a plus.
