Role Overview: As a Proposals Specialist Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to direct the proposal development process for creating compliant, high-quality, and timely proposal submissions in response to RFPs. You will lead the overall proposal process and collaborate effectively with various teams to develop competitive and compelling proposals. This includes analyzing RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements, creating proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and development plans. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain a SharePoint collaboration site and proposal repository - Prepare and lead Proposal Kickoff meetings and daily status calls - Ensure alignment of all activities with the proposal development plan - Integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into the proposal - Provide guidance to team members on proposal content - Coordinate technical proposal sections and review team submissions for compliance and quality - Facilitate proposal reviews with recommendations for content improvement - Ensure timely submission of all RFx deliverables - Coordinate both written and oral proposals - Document proposal lessons learned to enhance process efficiency Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of proposal management experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven track record of writing, reviewing, and editing proposals and associated content - Ability to lead and manage teams at all levels of the corporate organization - Strong time management skills - Ability to handle overlapping proposals (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
