Job Description:

Attends daily meeting with Plant Head to discuss production target achievements and action plan for failures.
Feasibility study of New Products and All Development Activities.
Providing weekly project Activity updates to M.D/Team Management/Corporate Office for NPD projects of New Compound Grades and Cost saving projects.
Compound Formulation for New Projects and modification of Existing Recipes. Working in all type of Polymers like EPDM, NBR, NR, SBR, PBR, NR+SBR, NR+BR, NR+BR+SBR, CR, ACM, AEM, FKM, ECO, SILICON, CSM
Over all responsible of CMB and FMB production as per requirement or as per plan.
Over all responsible for Testing of R.M and Chemicals as per Specification.
Daily basis inventory checking for R.M and Chemicals.
Completing NPD documentations as required.
