Senior Captain

We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Senior Captain for our newly opening 4-star resort. The candidate will ensure smooth restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and lead the service team with professionalism and efficiency.

Guest Service Excellence

• Ensure guests are welcomed and served with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
• Monitor table setups, ambience, and service sequence as per standards.

Team Leadership

• Supervise captains, stewards, and service associates.
• Allocate duties and manage shift operations.
• Conduct on-the-job training to maintain service quality.

Restaurant Operations

• Manage restaurant opening & closing procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food service.
• Maintain quality of cutlery, crockery, linen, and table arrangements.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Sales & Upselling

• Promote signature dishes, beverages, and daily specials.
• Train team members on upselling techniques.
• Support revenue growth through effective guest engagement.

Billing & Coordination

• Ensure accurate billing and order processing.
• Coordinate with cashier and handle bill settlements professionally.

Inventory Management

• Maintain par stock of service equipment and supplies.
• Report shortages, breakages, and requisition needs.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure staff grooming, discipline, and FSSAI hygiene compliance.
• Follow all SOPs and maintain consistency in service delivery.

REQUIREMENTSExperience & Skills

• 3–5 years of F&B service experience in a star-rated hotel/resort.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards.
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate service teams.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

• Smart, well-groomed, and service-focused.
• Leadership, multitasking, and quick problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure during busy operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or F&B Service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,949.07 per month
