Job Overview

We are looking for a Test Drive Coordinator at Shital Motors Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves coordinating and managing test drives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales process within our dealership.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Service: Strong ability to work with diverse customers to meet their automotive test drive needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent skills in organizing and scheduling multiple test drives efficiently.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for record-keeping and scheduling.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues that arise during the test drive processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure all test drive processes are conducted smoothly.
  • Time Management (Mandatory skill): Essential skill to manage time effectively during busy test drive schedules.
  • Basic Automotive Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Fundamental understanding of vehicles to answer customer questions.
  • Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule test drives for customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Communicate with the sales team to ensure vehicle availability for test drives.
  • Assist customers in understanding the benefits and features of various automotive models.
  • Maintain accurate records of test drives and customer interactions for follow-up.
  • Ensure vehicles are in excellent condition and ready for customer test drives.
  • Provide prompt feedback to the sales team on customer requirements post-test drive.
  • Address and resolve any issues or inquiries from customers regarding test drive services.
  • Participate in the development of test drive strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
