Job Summary:
As the
Program Manager
for the
Under 25 Programs
, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, making sure everything runs like clockwork. You'll manage three awesome programs, guide our
city leads
, bring the
engaged fellows
together, and lead the charge in
branded missions
and
student earning opportunities
. You'll work your magic to create a dynamic, unforgettable experience for our fellows while building partnerships with brands and managing key relationships. Get ready for some organized chaos

What You'll Actually Do:

Pre-Program Phase:

• Master the program journey
  : From
  onboarding
  to
  tracking progress
  , you'll make sure everything goes smoothly and the fellows are all set for an amazing journey.
• Recruit and manage city leads
  : It's your job to
  find
  and
  train
  the best city leads who will drive engagement and manage activities in their cities.
• Build community
  : Help create an environment where fellows
  connect, collaborate
  , and thrive You'll build a community that stays strong throughout the year.

During the Program:

• Lead the intern squad
  : You'll train and
  mentor interns
  , guiding them through tasks and making sure they contribute to the program's success.
• Branded missions? You're in charge
  : Manage the execution of
  branded missions
  , ensuring that both brands and fellows are getting the most out of their collaboration.
• Engagement metrics on lock
  : Keep track of all the important numbers and ensure
  maximum engagement
  from your interns, city leads, and fellows.

Post-Program Phase:

• Gather feedback and improve
  : After the dust settles, you'll collect feedback and analyze results, making the program even better for the next round.
• Provide reports
  : You'll keep everyone in the loop with regular updates on
  progress
  ,
  challenges

  successes
  .

What You'll Need:

  Bachelor's degree
  in Business, Education, Social Sciences, or something related.
• 2+ years of experience

  program management
  , especially with youth engagement or internships.
• Experience in

  student engagement
  .
• Strong
  communication
  ,
  leadership
  , and
  problem-solving skills
  .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle fast-paced environments like a pro.
