English Trainer

We are actively onboarding a high-caliber Soft Skills & English Trainer / Centre Incharge for a full-time, on-site role based at our Ongole training facility. The role is mission-critical in designing, deploying, and sustaining structured learning interventions aimed at strengthening English language competency and essential soft skills. In parallel, the incumbent will assume comprehensive responsibility for centre operations, performance governance, and stakeholder engagement.

This position will encompass lesson plan development, training delivery, learner progress evaluations, feedback facilitation, and the continuous optimization of instructional outcomes. The resource will be instrumental in nurturing professional communication capabilities—both verbal and written—and fostering a highly engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and deliver training content aligned with competency benchmarks and learner development frameworks
• Conduct classroom and practical learning sessions utilizing modern training methodologies
• Evaluate learner performance through structured assessments and feedback
• Administer and supervise centre-level operations, reporting mechanisms, and resource allocations
• Drive discipline, attendance management, and academic productivity benchmarks
• Collaborate with internal teams and community stakeholders to sustain operational excellence

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in English Teaching, Soft Skills Training, or Education-focused facilitation
• Proven capability in instructional design and structured lesson planning
• Strong written and verbal communication proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and classroom engagement strengths
• Adaptive training style tailored to diverse learner profiles
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics or related fields preferred
• Relevant training certifications are considered advantageous
• Prior experience in managing training centre operations is a plus

Preferred Candidate Location

• Andhra Pradesh Region: Ongole, Guntur, Nellore (priority will be accorded to candidates from these locations)

Compensation

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (in-hand), aligned with experience and capability fit
