Brillsense Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT and Marketing company based in Ujjain & Indore. We specialize in intelligent software, branding, digital marketing, event management, and design solutions. We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Handler to join our Ujjain team and drive impactful digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
  • Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Write compelling captions, blogs, website content, and ad copies aligned with the brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the design team for graphics, creatives, and videos.
  • Social Media Management
  • Plan, schedule, and post content consistently across platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media pages by engaging with audiences, responding to queries, and building brand presence.
  • Run social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
  • Strategy & Analytics
  • Create monthly content calendars in line with brand goals.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance (reach, engagement, conversions), and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills Required

  • Strong writing & communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator (basic design skills).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, and trending tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO & hashtags for optimized content reach.
  • Ability to handle multiple pages and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English Literature, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of prior experience in content writing/social media handling (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
