Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Handle escalations from staff or patients related to food quality, quantity, or service issues.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all F&B outlets, including cafeteria, canteen, and room service.
  • Manage daily operations of F&B services at Kailash Hospital, Sec 27, Noida.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in Hospital industry with a focus on F&B operations.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B management principles and practices.
  • Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage shifts effectively.
  • Proficiency in English language required for effective communication with staff and patients.
