About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO (Project Management Office) Lead to oversee and support the execution of our large-scale Cement Plant industrial project. The PMO Lead will be responsible for establishing project governance, monitoring timelines, budgets, risk management, and ensuring alignment between multiple stakeholders including contractors, consultants, vendors, and the client team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Governance & Planning

  • Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and tools across all project phases.

  • Develop integrated project schedules, budgets, and progress monitoring mechanisms.

  • Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project performance (cost, time, scope, quality) and highlight variances.

  • Prepare and present periodic project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of project documentation.

  • Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and monitor project risks and issues.

  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans in coordination with project teams.

  • Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate smooth coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Safety, and Quality teams.

  • Ensure timely communication between internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Conduct review meetings, document MOMs, and track follow-ups.

  • Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices.

  • Monitor compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality standards.
  • Support audits, approvals, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or related field.
  • MBA/PG in Project Management or PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in project management/PMO in industrial construction projects (cement, steel, power, oil & gas, or heavy industries).
  • Strong knowledge of EPC projects, construction methodologies, and project controls.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
