Job Title: Application Support Specialist
 Description:

Mindpool is hiring an Application Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our software applications.


 Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues using various tools and techniques such as DynaTrace/AppDynamics/NewRelic or other Application Performance management tool etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement new features.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of application configurations, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software application support, preferably in a Windows environment.
  • Familiarity with IIS, worker process thread, Web config, Certificate binding, Event Logs, Server Performance metrics - CPU, Memory, Queue length, MSMQ, I/O, Page writes, Perfmon, Windows cluster, COM+, SQL Jobs, SQL queries, Blocking, Always On, Azure, AD, Domain Controller, ITSM tools such as Service desk/ServiceNow, ITIL framework (V3.0 foundation certificate would be added advantage), International support experience, Knowledge/Experience on office applications, Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Access.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science/IT.
  • Excellent verbal/oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
