Kofs India Private Limited is a leading modular furniture manufacturer, committed to delivering high-quality products/services to our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team and ensure that our products/services meet established quality standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure products/services meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Lead and supervise a team of quality inspectors, technicians, and other personnel involved in quality control activities.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor production processes and provide guidance to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive process improvements, and optimize product/service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Prepare reports on quality performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and certifications.
  • Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to assess compliance with quality requirements and improve supplier performance.
  • Quality experience in modular furniture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, or industrial technology.
  • 3 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
