Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist student enquiries.
  • Explain course details, admission procedures, and institute offerings clearly.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication records.
  • Guide students throughout the admission process.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach while interacting with candidates.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam (mandatory).
  • Good communication and telecalling skills.
  • Ability to handle student queries professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:

  • Minimum: Any Degree
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
