Role : Scrum Master (Mid & Senior Levels)

Work Mode : Fully Remote

Employment Type : Full-Time

Mid-Level Scrum Master

Experience : 25 years

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives,

and backlog refinement.

- Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed backlogs.

- Help teams identify and remove impediments to delivery.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

- Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and practices.

- Track and report Agile metrics to monitor delivery progress.

Requirements :

years of hands-on experience in Agile project delivery.

- Strong working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps.

- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Relevant certification : CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent.

Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Experience : 5 -10 years

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams to deliver business value consistently.

- Facilitate and optimize Agile practices across teams and departments.

- Partner with leadership to drive Agile transformation initiatives.

- Provide coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

- Support scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) for enterprise-level delivery.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and promote alignment between business and technology.

- Drive continuous improvement through Agile metrics, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements :

years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum principles and experience with scaled Agile frameworks.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach teams at all maturity levels.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict management skills.

- Excellent facilitation, leadership, and change management abilities.

Relevant certifications such as :

- PSM II/III or CSM

- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

- ICAgile Coaching/Facilitation Certifications
