VMC Operator

1. Hands on experience in CNC VMC & Turning machines.

2. Understand & Develop CNC programs for milling machine & develop/Prove out components as per process guideline.

3. Experience in 2D. programming

4. Experience in 3 axis machines with hands on controls

5. Should be proficient in cutting tools selections & applications and pre-setting tools machines (Zoller) hand on experience.

6. Should have proper knowledge of setting, Jig/Fixtures.

7. Knowledge about Problem solving methods.

8. Should be strong in documentation process, programme development and subsequent revisions.

9. Should be responsible for the quantity & quality of output produced in the machines.

10. Should be able to read and understand Drawings, Work instructions.

11. Should have basic knowledge on selecting Tool Holders, Cutting tools, Inserts, Cutting parameters.

12. Should have knowledge and skill of using measurement instruments like Micro meter, Vernier Caliper, Height gauge, Bore dial gauge etc.

13. Should be flexible to work in shifts.

14. Should have knowledge on 5S and Safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
