We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our organization's cybersecurity efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing a robust information security strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensures compliance, and safeguards critical assets and data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the organization's information security strategy, policies, and frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations including ISO 27001, TISAX, and GDPR.

  • Lead enterprise-wide risk management initiatives, including risk assessments, impact analyses, and mitigation planning.

  • Manage and oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (VAPT), and security audits.

  • Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.

  • Establish governance structures for cybersecurity and drive security awareness across all business units.

  • Handle security incidents, breaches, and investigations with clear protocols and stakeholder communication.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal teams regarding security and compliance.

  • Provide strategic leadership to the security team and mentor junior professionals in cybersecurity best practices.

Key Requirements

  • 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance.

  • Proven leadership in managing enterprise-wide security programs.

  • Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and TISAX.

  • Expertise in VAPT, internal/external audits, policy creation, risk governance, and data protection.

  • Strong background in developing and implementing disaster recovery and incident response plans.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Certifications

  • Mandatory: CISSP, CISM, or CEH

  • Preferred (Bonus): CIPP/E, CIPM
