Recruiter Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain a candidate database and track the progress of each recruitment effort.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a non-IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• High degree of professionalism and reliability.
