Branch manager-Speciality chemicals

Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales of speciality chemicals across Karnataka, achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Develop, maintain, and expand a strong distribution and dealer network within the region. Identify and onboard new customers across industries such as Paints & Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Plastics, Compounders, and Masterbatch. Build long-term relationships with customers and principal partners to ensure consistent business growth. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Lead and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Coordinate with HO and principals for product promotion, pricing, logistics, and technical support. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service, delivery, and communication. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales of speciality chemical products. Proven track record in managing a distribution or dealer network within the chemical industry. In-depth knowledge of the Paints & Coatings, Construction, Plastics, Compounders, and Masterbatch sectors is highly desirable. Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills. Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; proficiency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage. Location: Must be based in Bangalore and work from the Bangalore branch office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
