Job Title : ZOHO Admin

Location : ERODE - TAMILNADU

Zoho CRM Administration & Customization

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and layouts.
  • Implement automation rules, validation rules, and custom functions to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.

Integration & Implementation

  • Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, etc.) and third-party tools (via APIs).
  • Lead CRM migration, data imports/exports, and system upgrades.

Process Optimization

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Streamline NGO processes using Zoho CRM features.

User Training & Support

  • Provide training sessions and create user documentation for team members.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and act as the go-to resource for CRM-related queries.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a
    Zoho CRM Administrator/Consultant
    minimum 1 year.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Books, Analytics, Flow, etc.).
  • Proficiency in workflow automation.
  • Experience in
    API integrations
    and third-party software connections.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.

Preferred

  • Zoho Certified CRM certification.
  • Experience in CRM data migration and large-scale deployment.
  • Exposure to NGO processes.
