Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Healthcare Specialist will play a key role in delivering direct medical care, conducting patient assessments, and administering first aid and medical interventions as required. In addition, you will be responsible for healthcare training sessions for community members, supporting healthcare education programs, and collaborating with teams to implement community health initiatives. Your work will contribute significantly to improving access to essential healthcare in underserved communities.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in fields such as Emergency Medical Training (EMT) and Medicine.
  • Excellent Communication skills to relay healthcare information effectively and to interact with diverse community groups.
  • Experience in Training others in healthcare procedures and capacity-building programs is highly valuable.
  • Proficient knowledge of Healthcare and public health practices.
  • Problem-solving abilities and commitment to working in community-driven development settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant medical, healthcare, or allied sciences field is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with nonprofit organizations or in community healthcare roles is an advantage.
