Job Description :We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decision-making. They will design insightful dashboards, generate reports, and ensure data-driven strategies that improve organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
- Optimize queries and data models for efficient performance in Power BI.
- Identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to align data strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization.
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Report Creation).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Familiarity with Excel, Python, or R for advanced data analysis (preferred).
- Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to work with large data sets and deliver meaningful insights.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
