Role & responsibilities

  1. Knowledge of automotive moulded and plastic painted parts manufacturing process.

  2. Process audit as per check sheet and improvements against gaps identified.

  3. Root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation.

  4. Assessment of Mold and Assy fixtures for required improvements.

  5. Data management and presentation skills like Excel and PowerPoint etc.

  6. Follow-up with vendors for upgradation against identified key weak area.

Good Analytical skills, Domain Knowledge, Communication Skills, Good Quick Learning, Flexible in nature and time management.
