Job Summary

Spotface Industries Private Limited is a precision engineering and component manufacturing company based in Coimbatore.e are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Setter Cum Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC machines for precision component manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machining processes, tool selection, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Turning / Milling machines as per job requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
  • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining.
  • Load programs and perform basic edits on CNC controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi, etc.).
  • Inspect finished parts using micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
  • Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain production quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper machine care.
  • Maintain production records and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety, 5S, and quality procedures on the shop floor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die Making.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Setter or Operator in a precision machining environment.
  • Sound knowledge of CNC machine operation, tool offsets, and process parameters.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi control systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.

Work Location & Schedule

  • Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
  • Shift: Rotational / Day & Night (as per production requirement)
