Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IT Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and technical support to end-users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Manage network connectivity issues, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Handle user account setup, email configuration, and access permissions.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, backups, and antivirus updates.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware and software requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of basic server and network administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
